- Bridge business stakeholders in Sales with teams building and administering GTM systems.
- Coordinate work across Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Enablement.
- Manage field change through communications, training, and rollout planning.

- Improve GTM operations by retiring unnecessary processes and simplifying existing ones.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from definition through delivery, including programs with significant systems or data components.
- Working knowledge of go-to-market processes such as territory planning, lead-to-cash, forecasting, or deal desk operations.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce as a user or program owner.
- Proficiency with program management practices and tooling, including planning, dependency tracking, planning cadences, and risk management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and operational details to sales leadership.
- Experience influencing without authority and building alignment across teams with competing priorities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous and changing environments.
- A demonstrated track record of identifying and eliminating operational inefficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A field of study relevant to the role through coursework, training, or professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or a similar function at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience redesigning core GTM processes or systems, such as quoting, forecasting, or CRM transformation.
- Experience applying AI or automation to sales workflows.
- Familiarity with CPQ or quoting tools, Gong, marketing automation platforms, data enrichment tools, or GTM analytics.
- Ability to query data using SQL or Salesforce reporting.
- Experience leading change management for a large field organization.
- Experience measuring and improving seller productivity, including time-to-productivity, selling time, or process cycle times.
- Experience building program management frameworks or programs functions in a rapidly scaling organization.
- Prior experience as a systems administrator, analyst, or engineer on a GTM stack.
- Interest in Anthropic's mission and safe AI development.
Compensation
