The Workforce Intelligence team delivers high-quality workforce data, reporting, and analytics that support evidence-based decisions across the employee lifecycle. The team shapes how leaders think about their people, careers, and the future of the business.

This role turns complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights and demonstrates how those insights influence decisions, shift strategies, and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Create clarity for leaders facing ambiguity and solve complex, high-stakes people challenges.
  • Reframe workforce data into clear, actionable insights that influence leadership decisions.
  • Guide HR business partners and cross-functional stakeholders in understanding why an issue matters, not only what the data shows.
  • Influence leaders toward decisions that improve retention, hiring efficiency, and workforce planning outcomes.
  • Direct the end-to-end analytics process, including wrangling complex structured and unstructured datasets into actionable business outcomes.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data and analytics methods to analyze People and Talent Analytics focus areas.
  • Own the full lifecycle of insights, from raw data through leadership action.
  • Lead quarterly or recurring executive reviews and communicate how data storytelling resulted in concrete actions, policy changes, or strategic pivots.
  • Identify prioritized insights and align recommendations with business goals.
  • Share the outcomes achieved after leaders act on recommendations.
  • Elevate analytics from reporting to enablement by improving product adoption, usability, and decision-making.
  • Partner with BI and analytics developers to enable faster insights, better self-service, and improved stakeholder trust.
  • Build tools and products that business teams rely on for ongoing decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 or more years of experience in advanced people-based analytics that directly influenced business outcomes, including at least one year of experience in People Analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Disciplines with substantial scientific and quantitative training are preferred.
  • Experience presenting high-stakes findings to senior leadership and confidently addressing business issues in real time.
  • Proven experience advising and influencing senior executives, including C-suite leaders, with HR decision support and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience building QBR content end-to-end, including the storyline, metrics, insights, and recommendations, and presenting QBRs to senior leaders with measurable business impact.
  • Experience partnering with BI teams and using tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar platforms, supported by a strong quantitative foundation.
  • Workday or Avature experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate data analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations for teammates at various levels and across different departments.
