Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of insights, from raw data through analysis, storytelling, and leadership action.
  • Describe situations where insights reframed leadership decisions and delivered measurable impact.
  • Guide HR business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to understand why an issue mattered, not just what the data showed.
  • Lead quarterly or recurring executive reviews (QBRs) to share how data storytelling resulted in concrete actions, policy changes, or strategic pivots.
  • Influence the design of analytics products to improve adoption, usability, and decision-making.
  • Partner with BI and analytics developers to enable faster insights, better self-service, and improved stakeholder trust.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in advanced people-based analytics with at least one year working in People Analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or another quantitatively rigorous field.
  • Proven experience presenting high-stakes findings to senior leadership and advising/influencing senior executives (including C-suite) with HR decision support and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience building QBR content end-to-end (storyline, metrics, insights, and recommendations) and presenting QBRs to senior leaders with measurable business impact.
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar platforms; strong quantitative foundation (statistics, economics, engineering, I/O psychology).
  • Experience wrangling complex datasets (structured and unstructured) and leveraging quantitative and qualitative analytics methods for People/Talent Analytics focus areas.
  • Proven track record of translating analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Workday / Avature experience preferred.
