Details

Saily is building an AI-native Product Engineering culture to help remove the hassle of staying connected while traveling. Engineers own customer problems end-to-end, from idea to production, while AI agents support specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.

Responsibilities

Own problems end-to-end, from idea to production.
Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications.
Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers.
Operate in small, highly autonomous teams.
Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI-using Senior Engineer.
Improve the internal agent network and development workflows.
Move across the stack when needed.
Focus on user and business outcomes rather than output.

Requirements

Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization, with measurable and successful adoption.
Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications, including frontend and backend development.
Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and without initial acceptance criteria.
Strong product mindset, with a focus on problems, outcomes, and impact rather than just tickets or tasks.
At least 5 years of development experience building something real, such as a product, system, tool, startup, side project, or meaningful feature.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position requiring office attendance three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
