The AI Deployment Management team helps organizations turn OpenAI products into sustained impact through structured training, technical enablement, and services. The team supports customers in moving from experimentation to production, accelerating time-to-value, deepening product adoption, and operationalizing AI across their organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement for OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, and define effective enablement patterns for business and technical teams in enterprise organizations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated product areas, building product expertise, supporting internal enablement, identifying emerging customer use cases, and aggregating customer feedback for product development.
• Lead customer enablement across the full lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced capability training, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops for senior leaders and working teams.
• Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
• Partner with Sales, AI Success Engineers, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and seamless transition from pre-sale to post-sale.
• Develop scalable enablement assets, playbooks, best practices, and repeatable adoption frameworks.
• Gather feedback from training and enablement engagements, synthesize themes across accounts, and share insights with internal stakeholders to inform product and program improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles in complex enterprise environments, engaging C-level, business, and technical audiences.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical value for senior and executive audiences.
• Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI ecosystem.
• Practical understanding of applying AI capabilities to real-world workflows and enterprise use cases.
• Experience leading workshops and enablement programs, designing learning journeys, facilitating live sessions, and responding to questions in real time.
• Ability to identify patterns across customers and translate them into scalable approaches that improve adoption.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes such as productivity gains, operational efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, or revenue impact.
• Ability to adapt quickly in live customer environments while maintaining clarity, ownership, and momentum.

Work Arrangement

This role is based in the San Francisco office and follows a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office per week.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $162,000–$230,000 per year.
