AI Deployment Manager (Korean-Speaking)

The AI Deployment team helps organizations turn OpenAI products into sustained impact through enablement, training, and scalable deployment programs. The team partners with enterprises to support AI adoption, move customers from experimentation to production, and accelerate time-to-value.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement for OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, and define effective enablement patterns for enterprise business and technical teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated product areas, supporting internal enablement, identifying emerging customer use cases, and aggregating customer feedback to inform product development.
• Lead customer enablement throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced capability training, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops for senior leaders, technical practitioners, and working teams.
• Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption across the OpenAI product suite.
• Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices based on customer and regional patterns.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback from training and enablement engagements and share insights with internal stakeholders to improve products and programs.

Requirements

• Fluent business-level Korean for engagement with Korean-speaking customers.
• Six or more years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles involving C-level, business, and technical audiences in complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly the ability to translate AI capabilities into clear, practical value for senior and executive audiences.
• Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI ecosystem, with a practical understanding of applying AI capabilities to real-world workflows and enterprise use cases.
• Experience leading workshops and enablement programs, including designing learning journeys, facilitating live sessions, and responding to questions in real time.
• Ability to identify patterns across customers and translate them into scalable approaches that improve adoption.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes such as productivity gains, operational efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and revenue impact.
• Ability to adapt quickly in live customer environments while maintaining clarity, ownership, and momentum.
• Humble attitude, eagerness to help others succeed, and curiosity about emerging AI capabilities.

Work Arrangement

This role is based in San Francisco and follows a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office per week.
