The AI Governance Specialist will support the definition, implementation, and adoption of the Enterprise AI Governance framework at Booking.com.

Collaborate with the internal Technical Product Manager to help define the AI Governance framework.
Assist in establishing the AI Governance maturity assessment framework, execute it organization-wide, gather insights, analyze findings, and identify actionable areas for improvement.
Establish, execute, and foster the adoption of key AI Governance capabilities, including AI Quality, AI Observability, and Responsible and Ethical AI Usage.
Develop related documentation, covering requirements specifications, end-user guides, and reporting or dashboarding assets.

Technical background in AI/ML engineering or AI Governance.
Domain expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems.
Proven track record of designing, implementing, adopting, and assessing the maturity of AI Governance frameworks within complex organizations.
Hands-on experience with commercial AI Observability and AI Quality platforms.
Preferred prior experience driving EU AI Act compliance and adoption.
Ability to analyze and produce documentation.
Good communication skills and the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
