Details

As a Commercial Solutions Architect at Anthropic, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers understand the value of Claude and integrate it into their technology stacks. You will combine technical depth with customer-facing skills to architect innovative LLM solutions while maintaining high standards for safety and reliability.

You will work hands-on with priority accounts while creating reusable blueprints, demos, and enablement assets for the broader Commercial business. Working with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you will guide customers from technical discovery through evaluation and deployment.

Responsibilities

Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
Advise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, from discovery and initial evaluation through deployment.
Support customers building with the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts, develop evaluation frameworks, and write near-production examples.
Create reusable blueprints, demos, and enablement assets.
Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude with existing technology stacks.
Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their specific use cases.
Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
Maintain strong knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.

Requirements

At least 3 years of highly technical experience as a software engineer or equivalent, with some customer-facing exposure; or at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager with strong hands-on building experience.
Experience shipping real software and building reusable solutions.
Strong coding ability and comfort working in real codebases; Python experience is expected.
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
Ability to build trust with technical stakeholders and communicate with varied audiences.
Strong technical communication skills for translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
Comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments and building structure as needed.
Ability to collaborate across organizations, manage trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
