NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Customer Program Manager for the US market to lead autonomous driving, robo-taxi, and AI programs with Tier 1 suppliers and car OEMs. As a member of NVIDIA's Automotive Customer Program Management Team, this role is responsible for program execution and customer relations across automotive technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing automotive programs involving AI, data science, ADAS, autonomous driving, in-cabin AI, perception, simulation, or software-defined vehicle platforms.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to define and execute data campaign initiatives, including data collection goals, sensor coverage, scenario targets, edge-case discovery, labeling needs, dataset readiness, and feedback loops into model development.
  • Define program schedules and deliverables based on customer roadmaps and requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into specific tasks for functional teams and track issues through resolution.
  • Communicate issue status to customers and internal teams across different geographic regions.
  • Identify and accurately prioritize issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Work with engineering, quality, logistics, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues.
  • Communicate program status and key issues regularly to customers and NVIDIA management.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of project or program management experience in the automotive or embedded industry, involving electrical, electronic, and software products.
  • Strong technical background and experience working with customers in an OEM environment.
  • Experience managing global projects with multinational program members.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, in engineering or computer science; an MBA with a prior technical background is also suitable.
  • Understanding of machine learning and data science workflows, including data ingestion, labeling, feature analysis, model training, evaluation, validation, and deployment.
  • Experience supporting or leading data campaign initiatives for automotive, robotics, autonomy, perception, mapping, simulation, or other AI-heavy domains.
  • Exposure to MLOps, data operations, cloud AI infrastructure, GPU-accelerated training, simulation pipelines, synthetic data, or large-scale data management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record managing complex hardware and software product development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Prior experience with ADAS, autonomous driving, mapping, or data collection projects.
  • Leadership coordinating different functional teams toward a common goal.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

The base salary range is USD 200,000–322,000 per year. The base salary is determined by location, experience, and compensation for employees in similar positions.
