Design end-to-end machine learning models to answer targeted business questions and drive change
Perform large-scale data analysis and manipulations to extract insights and influence business decisions
Organize and analyze data to identify historical patterns to better position workflows
Partner with other analysts on department-wide initiatives
Research, develop, and implement new methods of extracting relevant data from a variety of sources
Collaborate and consult with business colleagues to better understand their domain

5+ years of data science/machine learning experience
Strong foundational programming skills with deep expertise in Python and SQL
Ability to write clean, efficient, and optimized code for data processing, analysis, and model deployment
Hands-on experience building end-to-end machine learning models with post-deployment best practices
Ability to assimilate, decipher, and present data analysis from a client impact perspective
Ability to run multiple projects at a time and shift priorities quickly
Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting ability, and ability to trace root causes
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
