Responsibilities

  • Develop reusable analytical models and workflows that reduce manual effort.
  • Communicate findings clearly, align stakeholders on trade-offs, and assess whether analyses or data products improved decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience turning large, complex datasets into reliable analyses and reusable data products.
  • Ability to reason carefully about metrics, cohorts, denominators, measurement changes, and uncertainty.
  • Experience investigating whether unexpected results reflect the business or the data.
  • Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting used by business partners and explaining the decisions they enabled.
  • Sound business judgment and the ability to independently scope ambiguous problems, prioritize work, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Finance, data scientists, engineers, and other business partners.
  • Ability to use Python or a comparable analytical tool to investigate data and automate repetitive work.
