Domain Expert Exposure Management

Details

Vulnerability management is evolving from finding vulnerabilities to understanding and reducing real business exposure. This role will help shape and deliver ABN AMRO's Exposure Management capability by working closely with the Product Owner, engineers, security specialists, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities across cybersecurity, technology, and business.
• Work with Product Owners, engineers, security specialists, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Stay ahead of developments in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), Exposure Management, and AI-driven security practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to strengthen the bank's security posture.
• Define strategy, refine requirements, and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships, bring people together around a common vision, and drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Help establish Exposure Management as a mature, embedded capability that demonstrably improves the bank's security posture.

Working Environment

You will join the Security Assurance team within the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) of ABN AMRO in the Netherlands. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience.
• Solid understanding of modern Exposure Management.
• Good understanding of the cyber threat landscape, cyber threats, and cyber risks.
• Ability to understand new technologies and trends quickly and stay up to date.
• Sufficient technical understanding to challenge solutions without needing to be the technical expert on every implementation.
• Comfortable working with engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership-oriented, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to cut through complexity and drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Analytical skills and a future-oriented mindset.
