Details

ABN AMRO is expanding its Microsoft 365 platform to support business users across different areas, based on their use cases, requirements, and expectations. Within the Digital Workplace domain, the Microsoft 365 DevOps platform team supports the M365 platform end to end and works according to the Agile DevOps concept.

Responsibilities

Configure the Microsoft 365 platform and implement or enable new functionality based on the roadmap and business needs.
Contribute to clear architecture, well-defined solutions, and operational governance.
Implement new functionality and develop governance tools and measures that can be handed over to the level 2 team responsible for governance and support.
Contribute to the M365 Copilot program, including Copilot adoption, security, governance, AI-powered agents, and new agent capabilities.
Work with Microsoft Entra and Microsoft 365 across the Digital Workplace environment.
Collaborate with level 1 and level 2 support teams to resolve incidents and problems that require platform-team expertise.
Explain technical decisions and present them to management.

Working Environment

Digital Workplace is responsible for the Modern Digital Workplace at ABN AMRO, supporting more than 28,000 seats. The team operates from the Netherlands and serves business users both inside and outside the Netherlands. It provides workplace devices and a full suite of standard workplace functionality for ABN AMRO's hybrid way of working.

The M365 Development & Operations team consists of approximately 15 FTE. Team members have expertise across the broad range of functionality and applications provided through Microsoft 365, with opportunities to develop new specialties and competences.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience and broad knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Deep administrator-level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Exchange.
Knowledge of Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Agents.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 E5 Security and Compliance features and options.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Azure Pipelines.
Experience working in a large and/or complex organization.
Ability to communicate with solution architects, IT specialists, and business users.
Ability to write and speak English and Dutch.
General knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Microsoft 365.
Assertive team-player and trusted-advisor capabilities.
