Forward Deployed Engineers work on important customer problems, partnering closely with customers to architect complex integrations and build product features. This role will lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team and help the team deliver high-impact work for Privy and its customers.

Responsibilities

Own team outcomes and business impact for Forward Deployed Engineering.
Coach and develop engineers across technical depth, customer empathy, and ownership.
Hold the team accountable for excellence in quality, throughput, and performance.
Ensure the team focuses on the right problems and highest-leverage opportunities.
Partner closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Stay close to the work by reviewing pull requests, scoping technical work, reviewing design documents, and contributing to complex problems.
Build a strong team culture grounded in trust, rigor, and urgency.
Strengthen the feedback loop between customer signals and the product roadmap.
