Do you want to make connectivity services seamless and reliable for thousands of users? As Expert Lead Datacenter, Office & End User Management, you are responsible for delivering stable, secure and user-centric IT networks across workplaces and datacenter environments. You ensure that colleagues can work friction-free, anytime and anywhere.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, driving engagement, growth and results.
Own the reliability, scalability and continuous improvement of end-user, Office connectivity and datacenter services, including Zscaler.
Drive standardization, automation and lifecycle management across infrastructure and network services.
Deliver an exceptional end-user experience by improving service quality, performance and productivity.
Execute the End User Zero Trust strategy and embed security by design into connectivity services.
Align technology services with business priorities, user needs and evolving ways of working.
Manage vendors, service performance and costs to maximize value and operational excellence.
Foster a consistent and integrated approach across datacenter, office and end-user environments.
Champion sustainability by optimizing datacenter services, reducing environmental impact and enabling responsible technology choices.

The team continuously enhances and standardizes workplace and infrastructure services to provide a stable, secure and future-ready IT landscape for modern hybrid working.

Requirements
