Details

We are looking for an Angular Developer to build, modernise, and maintain enterprise web applications within the bank’s Access & Authorization capability. You will develop secure, reliable, and scalable IAM solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across technology and security domains.

Responsibilities

  • Upgrade Angular applications to the latest framework versions.
  • Migrate test suites from Karma/Jasmine to Vitest.
  • Refactor NgModule-based applications into standalone architecture.
  • Develop new UI components and application features.
  • Resolve defects and reduce technical debt.
  • Maintain test coverage and code quality standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior developers on application modernisation initiatives.
  • Work as part of a DevOps team within the Access & Authorization Capability of the Value Domain I&A Technology.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience with Angular development.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular 15+, preferably Angular 17/18+.
  • Experience upgrading Angular applications between major versions.
  • Good understanding of components, services, directives, pipes, dependency injection, routing, lazy loading, reactive forms, RxJS, observables, and change detection.
  • Experience with Angular CLI.
  • Knowledge of Angular Signals.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with ESLint and code quality tools.
  • Understanding of performance optimisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
