Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems Manager with strong functional and IT support experience to administer, configure, and support its NetSuite ERP system and associated finance business systems. This is an individual contributor role focused on finance systems administration, IT controls, process improvement automation, and finance transformation. The position reports to the Senior Director of Finance Systems and is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

NetSuite System Administration

• Own the day-to-day operations of NetSuite and other finance business systems, including hands-on user support and troubleshooting.
• Administer and support the NetSuite ERP system, with a focus on Financials, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Zone Billing modules.
• Perform system configuration, customization, upgrades, and maintenance in compliance with change management, ITGC, and SDLC processes.
• Develop and maintain workflows, custom fields, and scripts.
• Manage NetSuite integrations with other business systems.
• Oversee user access management, segregation-of-duties reviews, and annual and quarterly review processes.
• Manage governance, change management, and end-to-end maintenance for general ledger accounts, cost centers, products, and other structures supporting stakeholder reporting.
• Manage the ticketing system and track open cases and change requests through resolution.
• Optimize system settings, workflows, and customizations for efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with SOX regulations.
• Provide training and support to end users.

Program Management

• Manage and configure finance transformation projects focused primarily on the order-to-cash cycle, including lead and opportunity management, contract management, quoting and CPQ, order management, revenue recognition, billing, credit, collections and disputes, and cash application.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Finance, IT, Sales Operations, and Business Applications teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Identify, scope, and prioritize projects based on business needs.
• Develop project plans covering the approach, timelines, milestones, and resources to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Define data-driven frameworks and processes to identify, measure, and manage program success, with a focus on business value and benchmarking.
• Ensure that procedures, processes, and appropriate change controls are followed for production changes and implementation projects.
• Work with Sales Operations and Business Applications teams on system enhancements.

Dashboard Creation and Reporting

• Use NetSuite's native tools and Grafana dashboards to create high-performing dashboards for Finance.
• Develop reports and visualizations that provide actionable insights from finance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience as a Finance Systems Administrator working with NetSuite and financial systems tools such as Zip, Avalara, and Expensify.
• Hands-on IT support experience, including troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration within NetSuite, including the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Zone Billing, and Company Billing modules, as well as Salesforce integration.
• Administrator-level knowledge of privileged access, content groups, multiple charts of accounts, dynamic approval chains, custom objects, tax codes, tolerances, custom workflows, supplier configuration, and report building.
• Knowledge of ITGCs and experience working in SOC-, ISO-, and SOX-compliant environments.
• Demonstrated experience integrating accounting systems with Salesforce/SFDC, ideally including CPQ, and advanced experience with NetSuite ARM.
• Experience with project management concepts and tools such as GitHub, Monday.com, and Miro.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Knowledge of core accounting processes, including order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report.
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing global and remote environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base compensation range: 145,000–175,000 CAD per year.
