Stripe's mission is to increase the GDP of the internet.
About the Team
The Stripe Marketing organization is undergoing a fundamental transformation in how it works. The Forward Deployed AI Accelerator team is embedded directly with marketing cohorts to make AI the default mode for all work.
Marketers are already building data dashboards, creating agents that compress multi-day processes, and authoring tools that accelerate workflows. The team takes what is working and systematically scales it across the marketing organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations by deeply understanding marketers' processes and outputs.
- Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to marketers' responsibilities.
- Coach and partner with marketers through a progression from awareness and initial successes to regular AI integration, full workflow transformation, and self-sufficiency.
- Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own tools.
- Recognize patterns across the cohort and scale successful solutions to other marketers.
- Document tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns for use across the Forward Deployed AI Accelerator team.
- Share successes with the cohort and leadership to build momentum and celebrate progress.
- Track individual and cohort progress against a defined maturity model.
- Prepare marketers for an agentic future, including designing, building, and overseeing autonomous, multi-agent workflows.
You will be embedded with a group of approximately 20 marketers organized by functional team, shared workflow, or location. Success is measured by the number of workflows permanently transformed and the extent to which marketers begin tasks with an AI tool.

- 5+ years of professional experience in a role requiring diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
- Experience coaching, teaching, or enabling others, with evidence that the people supported changed how they work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapt to different learners.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously while supporting approximately 20 marketers.
