Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform used by millions of businesses to accept payments, grow revenue, and launch new business opportunities.

The Money as a Service organization oversees Stripe's core products and platforms for the global movement and management of funds, including Accounts and Connect, Money Movement and Storage, Crypto, and Banking as a Service. Exact team matching for a sub-team will take place during the final stages of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end experiences for Connect that make it easy for platforms to participate in the Internet economy and receive money online.
Help Connect platforms scale by leveraging Stripe's products through the dashboard, expanding their business models and product functionality while reducing integration complexity.
Build product experiences integrating products such as Instant Payouts, Issuing, Capital, and Terminal into Connect's dashboard surfaces.
Work across frontend and backend systems to build software services and platforms used by thousands of employees and millions of Stripe users.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to complete projects involving a wide variety of technologies and systems.
Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

2–12+ years of industry software engineering experience, excluding internships and co-ops.
Enjoy data modeling challenges and maintaining a high standard for expressive, simple-to-use solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in generalist work across frontend, backend, and other areas needed to solve problems and create excellent user experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and subject matter experts.
Ability to connect services and processes, including unfamiliar systems.
A user-focused approach to crafting product experiences.
Commitment to engineering, security, and design best practices.
