AppLovin is seeking a data-oriented problem solver to join the Consumer Growth Operations team. The role focuses on working with measurement partners and their platforms to uncover insights and opportunities that improve the measurement of AppLovin campaigns. The position collaborates with Business Development, Engineering, advertising partners, and company leadership to drive growth for consumer and e-commerce partners.

This role requires onsite presence at the AppLovin office.

Responsibilities

  • Drive analytics and platform growth end-to-end, from working across data pipelines and tooling to delivering insights to Business Development, partners, and leadership.
  • Turn campaign data into growth decisions by identifying high-value segments, surfacing emerging opportunities, and building frameworks that help teams work more efficiently.
  • Partner with Engineering to scope, test, and ship solutions by translating business problems into technical requirements and supporting them through production.
  • Establish systems that capture, share, and reuse learnings so analyses become more efficient and experimentation improves models.
  • Work across measurement partners, attribution platforms, and internal data sources to improve signal quality and performance measurement.
  • Build expertise in mobile and web advertising, AppLovin's product suite, and industry trends.
  • Partner with Engineering to identify and build high-impact features.
  • Help define and shape business intelligence products and tools using insights from partners and data.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience working with data or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or an equivalent analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Curiosity to explore the reasons behind data and drive innovative solutions.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to work flexibly and use drive, creativity, and initiative to move an organization forward.
  • Demonstrated experience applying statistical methodologies to real-world problems.
  • Ability to communicate complex results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of data structures.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its applications.

Compensation

The California base pay range is $105,030–$156,465 USD. Total compensation may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity and other incentive compensation may be provided depending on the position.
