Senior GTM Insights Automation Manager

Reddit is looking for a solution builder focused on go-to-market insights and automation to join its Central Operations team. The role serves as the technical engine behind Reddit's data-driven go-to-market strategy, designing and implementing workflows that automate the reporting ecosystem and provide sales teams with actionable insights without manual overhead.

The position bridges high-level strategy and technical execution across a sophisticated technology stack. Candidates must be based within a commutable distance of one of Reddit's hub offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical builds within and across core tools, including BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong, and others, to achieve automated reporting objectives.
• Lead the design and development of data models and robust data pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure reporting builds align with measurable business objectives, such as saving Account Managers time.
• Work with Product Owners to define and implement best-practice recipes for tool usage and reporting consistency across the organization.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the integrity and reliability of data foundations.
• Advocate for new technologies and processes that enhance the data platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including the ability to write complex, performant queries and understand query optimization.
• Strong programming skills and proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Go, for building data pipelines and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and independently structure complex problems into clear recommendations and data-driven solutions for both technical builders and business stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; this role requires an owner, not a coordinator.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising.
• Experience working in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments where judgment, prioritization, and initiative are critical.
• Familiarity with sales tools and technologies that improve seller efficiency and productivity, including workflow automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

Compensation

The base salary range is $167,500–$234,500 USD. The position may also be eligible for commission depending on the position offered. Final offer amounts are determined by skills, depth of work experience, relevant licenses or credentials, and other factors.
