- Identify patterns across partner issues and convert recurring friction points into concrete product improvement recommendations.
Cross-Functional Impact
- Collaborate with AppLovin engineering teams to architect and prioritize scalable solutions to integration problems.
- Connect partners with internal engineering teams and ensure partner feedback influences product and API roadmap decisions.
- Support new integration pilots by owning sandbox validation and proactive issue resolution.
- Influence internal stakeholders and leadership through data-centric presentations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, including production-quality code in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong foundation in web-based integrations, including CAPI, server-side tracking, APIs, pixels, or equivalent advertising technology infrastructure.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose language, such as Python or JavaScript, with the ability to build lightweight tooling independently.
- Experience querying large data sets with SQL and using data to debug, validate, and surface insights.
- Clear and precise written communication skills, with the ability to participate in internal technical discussions and external partner communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ad tech, performance marketing, or e-commerce advertising, including familiarity with attribution, data signals, ROAS, and measurement concepts.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent tools.
- Experience working with enterprise or strategic B2B partners in a technical capacity.
- Experience identifying product gaps from operational experience and driving improvements into engineering roadmaps.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
- Previous experience in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
