About ING Culture: How We Work

At ING, culture isn’t just a poster on the wall — it’s how we operate every day.

  • Always Learning: Curiosity and continuous development are at the core of how we grow.
  • Making an Impact: Your work matters — what you build can be used globally.

The Team

ING’s Intelligence team works at the intersection of keeping people, buildings, and systems safe — both physically and digitally. The team collects and analyzes threat information and is always looking for smarter ways to use that data.

  • Create a risk profile for ING’s physical security infrastructure (2026–2028)
  • Improve governance and risk-related documentation
