Details

Lead the delivery of complex, high-impact cybersecurity projects across SentinelOne's client base, with a strong focus on SIEM migration projects and the broader SentinelOne Platform. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder communication. Drive execution from post-sales kickoff through delivery while ensuring seamless integration and adoption of SentinelOne technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and rapport while driving adoption and consumption of SentinelOne products post-sales.
  • Guide engagements from initial scope definition and kickoff through detailed planning, execution, and closure.
  • Ensure project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria are met.
  • Translate customer priorities and technical requirements into actionable, measurable project deliverables.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Negotiate resolutions for complex issues.
  • Deliver regular, transparent updates on project status and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify process gaps and implement standard operating procedures to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Guide and mentor delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management or Service Delivery role within Professional Services.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably SIEM implementations and migrations.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, XDR, and SOAR is highly desirable.
  • Solid grounding in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Proactive and accountable problem-solving approach.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to guide and mentor delivery teams.
  • Hiring for this role is limited to U.S. citizens under Federal and FedRAMP regulations.
  • FedRAMP staff may be subject to customer or third-party background checks, including secret clearance, if required by the role.

The U.S. base pay range varies based on the candidate's location. The applicable range for some locations will be provided during the recruiting process.

Base salary range: $132,000–$165,000 USD.
