About the role

As an intern in the Global International Talent Programme (ITP) team at ING, you will strengthen how data and communication are used to engage the global trainee community and stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of data analytics, communication strategy, and visual design to improve the communication journey across channels. This role sits in the Talent & Learning department of ING’s Global HR and is part of a global team with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support data analytics within the Global ITP team, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end communication journey to ensure messages reach the right target audience at the right moment
  • Adapt communication content to ING’s latest communication channels and tools
  • Help refresh and improve the design of communication materials to make them visually appealing, modern, and aligned with ING branding
  • Collaborate with a global team and international stakeholders

Requirements

  • Must be currently registered at a Dutch university (Bachelor or Master) — mandatory for this internship
  • Field of study: Data Analytics, Communication, Marketing, Media, Design, Business, or a relevant field
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is not required)
  • Strong interest in data-driven approaches
  • Affinity with visual design and creating fresh, engaging materials
  • Analytical mindset combined with creativity
  • Proactive, hands-on, structured, and comfortable working in an international environment
