The NVIDIA IT Infrastructure Compliance team helps ensure that technology infrastructure, digital systems, and external partner integrations are secure, compliant, efficient, and resilient. As NVIDIA scales its global manufacturing footprint, this Senior IT Infrastructure Compliance Engineer will lead and execute risk assessments across Global Manufacturing Operations and the external partner ecosystem, including Tier-1 foundries, ODMs, OSATs, and critical logistics providers.

The role evaluates IT general controls, cybersecurity posture, data integrity, and operational resilience across systems connecting NVIDIA with manufacturing partners. It also identifies risks involving supply chain automation, intellectual property protection, B2B data exchanges, and shop-floor control systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute complex IT and security audits focused on manufacturing systems, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP, including SAP), and supply chain B2B integrations.
• Evaluate the IT risk and security posture of external manufacturing partners, including foundries, OSATs, and subcontractors.
• Assess partner compliance with NVIDIA security standards, data protection protocols, and intellectual property safeguards.
• Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for factory users and stakeholders in the North and South America regions.
• Coordinate with remote and global IT teams across networking, storage, applications, and other domains.
• Manage urgent Tier-3 escalations with third-party IT vendors involving network connectivity, servers, client systems, and production tools.
• Audit network segmentation, access controls, APIs, and data transmission protocols supporting automated data exchange between NVIDIA and external manufacturing facilities.
• Evaluate IT environments against ISO 27001 and SOX frameworks for data privacy, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Assess the accuracy and completeness of yield data, inventory reporting, and supply chain metrics transferred from partner systems into NVIDIA data warehouses.
• Use data analytics tools to identify anomalies and control gaps.
• Draft clear, actionable audit reports for executive leadership.
• Track remediation efforts and verify that identified risks are effectively mitigated by business owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, or technology risk management, preferably within high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing companies.
• Deep understanding of automated manufacturing environments, supply chain logistics, and B2B integration technologies such as EDI, APIs, and SFTP.
• Hands-on exposure or practical familiarity with Windows and Unix server administration, virtualization, and enterprise storage systems.
• Ability to evaluate networking layouts, including TCP/IP routing, firewall policy configurations, DNS, DHCP, HTTPS, and SSH, to independently verify security and compliance controls.
• Familiarity with Shop Floor Control and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, including AWS and Azure, and identity and access management (IAM).
• CISA or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical risks to non-technical business leaders and external vendors.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15–20% for on-site partner assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI to automate audit testing.
• Experience auditing intellectual property protection controls in collaborative engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to engage third-party IT teams and drive completion of tasks remotely in accordance with NVIDIA IT standards.
• Proactive, energetic, and comfortable communicating with both IT and non-IT personnel.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: USD 168,000–264,500 per year, determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
• Eligible for equity and benefits.
