NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Director, Global Risk & Compliance to develop and execute world-class risk and compliance strategies supporting secure and compliant systems in a digitally focused environment. The role is based in Santa Clara, California, and involves leading global risk and compliance initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate a comprehensive global risk and compliance framework aligned with NVIDIA's strategic objectives.
- Guide and direct a team of compliance professionals to maintain adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks across business units.
- Build and implement risk assessment programs while continuously monitoring and improving risk management processes.
- Advise senior leadership on risk and compliance matters and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Execute compliance programs, including policy development, training, and audits.
- Drive continuous improvement to increase the efficiency of risk and compliance efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree, or equivalent experience, in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering, or an MBA.
- More than 15 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience developing and implementing global risk and compliance strategies in a digitally focused environment.
- Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to lead a diverse group of professionals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to address complex risk challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and ambitious approach focused on continuous improvement and excellence.
