Details

At Coveron, a Nord Security product, you will help build a complete identity theft protection service combining dark web monitoring, credit tracking, and identity theft insurance. You will help people protect their identities, spot threats early, and recover stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Act as a hands-on designer, spending the majority of your time creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Lead by example and set the quality bar through your own design work.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive design initiatives.
  • Drive the overall design strategy and vision for the design team, aligning it with business objectives and Coveron brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach and seamless cross-platform user experience.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into actionable design strategies.
  • Combine strong people management and leadership skills with a solid design background to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role in a product-focused environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects, with a focus on app design.
  • Expertise in app design and knowledge of best practices for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between design and development.

The salary range is €4,700–€6,500 gross per month.
