At Coveron, you will help build a complete identity theft protection service combining dark web monitoring, credit tracking, and identity theft insurance. The role focuses on helping people protect their identities, spot threats early, and recover stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Act as a hands-on designer, spending the majority of your time creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Lead by example and set the quality bar through your own work.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive design initiatives.
  • Drive the overall design strategy and vision for the design team, aligning it with business objectives and Coveron brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach and seamless cross-platform user experience.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate design quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into actionable design strategies.
  • Combine people management and leadership skills with a strong design background to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role in a product-focused environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects, with a focus on app design.
  • Expertise in app design and knowledge of best practices for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between design and development.
