NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Solution Architecture and Application Engineering Manager to lead embedded solutions for artificial intelligence, deep learning, advanced computing, automotive, and robotics applications. The role involves collaborating with hardware design teams and customers to enable next-generation embedded products and system solutions from new product introduction and design integration through validation and mass production deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Partner Enablement team focused on product quality and reliability, system performance optimization, and integration processes.
  • Collaborate with major Tier-1 and key OEM customers and internal teams to develop future embedded architectures and roadmaps.
  • Lead collaboration with hardware design, firmware, software, sensor validation, and AI algorithm teams to integrate NVIDIA embedded solutions into customer products.
  • Define system-level requirements and specifications for embedded architectures using NVIDIA SoC solutions.
  • Maintain design documentation, test plans, and customer enablement materials.
  • Evaluate and improve system performance, power efficiency, and thermomechanical integration.
  • Provide focused feedback to internal teams to support future product improvements.
  • Lead teams in resolving complex technical design issues at all levels.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional NVIDIA teams to optimize customer solutions for high performance.

Requirements

  • Expertise in thermal, mechanical, and electrical engineering, with experience ranging from nano-electronic and micro-mechanical board design to the integration of large-scale automotive and robotic systems.
  • At least 10 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
  • Proven record of leading teams and working with multidisciplinary groups, including hardware, firmware, software, validation, project management, sensors, and AI algorithm developers.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI hardware products and applications.
  • Exceptional internal and external communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
  • Strong technical and process-level problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand broader implications and trade-offs.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 196,000–310,500 per year, determined by location, experience, and compensation for employees in similar positions. The role also includes eligibility for equity and benefits.
