  • Identify and communicate actionable insights that influence business decisions.

  • Track framework gaps and data quality issues and work with data engineering to resolve them.
  • Present findings to marketing leadership and executives in clear, decision-ready formats.

Requirements

  • Experience designing trusted and useful metrics from scratch.
  • Strong analytical SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience building data models in tools such as dbt and dashboards used by many people.
  • Ability to set direction independently and turn vague questions into clear, measurable definitions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment skills.
  • Ability to teach non-technical audiences how metrics work.
  • Ability to manage work from initial definition through dashboard adoption.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A field of study relevant to the role, as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
  • Experience requirements will correlate with the internal job level requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building marketing measurement for both enterprise sales-led and product-led growth motions.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and their practical tradeoffs.
  • Experience presenting metrics and insights directly to executives and shaping leadership performance reviews.
  • Background in data science, analytics engineering, or marketing operations.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation data, such as Salesforce and related tooling.
  • Experience establishing a measurement practice from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with how finance and sales strategy teams approach pipeline and forecasting.
  • Interest in Anthropic’s mission to develop safe and beneficial AI systems.
