Details
We're looking to grow our Marketing Operations team and are looking for someone to own reporting and analytics across marketing systems, lead campaign operations for the demand generation team, and assist in managing the marketing technology stack. This role will build dashboards, funnel models, and attribution reporting while managing the MAP stack, directing campaign execution, and overseeing a marketing operations agency partner as the company develops an AI-first campaign operations process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing reporting and analytics end-to-end.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and funnel and attribution models in Salesforce and Hex, turning campaign and pipeline data into actionable insights.
- Define and evolve the core marketing reporting framework and KPIs, including campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline attribution.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Revenue Operations to ensure the underlying data model supports reporting requirements.
- Own complex and ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, writing and quality-assuring SQL as needed.
- Build self-service reporting to reduce reliance on one-off data pulls.
- Lead lifecycle workflow and nurture campaign strategy with Demand Generation, including campaign building, quality assurance, launches, and performance-based iteration.
- Own campaign operations end-to-end, including audience segmentation, list management, Marketo campaign builds, landing page and form creation, tagging, naming, and UTM conventions.
- Maintain campaign documentation and enable the broader team on processes.
- Direct the marketing operations agency partner relationship by setting priorities, quality-assuring deliverables, tracking timelines, and ensuring accountable handoffs.
- Own the campaign production supply chain, including stages, handoffs, and lead handoff to sales.
- Use reporting to proactively identify bottlenecks before they result in missed or inaccurate launches.
- Lead email and database hygiene strategy, including deliverability, CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance, subscription management, and send-calendar governance.
Requirements
- Several years of marketing operations experience in a SaaS startup environment, with demonstrated ownership of reporting and analytics.
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo, or comparable marketing automation and CRM tools, including independently building complex reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structure and architecture.
- High fluency with BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Omni.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing, quality-assuring, and debugging queries independently.
- Experience building reporting frameworks or dashboards used by leadership and demand generation teams for decision-making.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills and experience partnering with Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation.
- Experience managing external partners or vendors to deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and workflows such as Clay, n8n, and Conversion.ai is a strong plus.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to partner across multiple teams, own large projects with multiple stakeholders, and keep projects on track.
Benefits
- Flexible work environment at a globally distributed, remote-friendly company operating in more than 25 countries.
- Employer healthcare contributions.
- Stock options for new team members.
- Flexible time off in the United States and generous entitlement in other countries.
- USD 500 home office setup allowance for remote employees.
- Opportunities to participate in company-wide global gatherings and offsites.
