Details

The ClickPipes Platform enables the onboarding and integration of data from diverse sources into ClickHouse. Operating at petabyte scale in high-velocity environments, the team builds and maintains infrastructure for a high-performance, real-time data onboarding platform.

This role involves solving challenging technical problems, working with significant autonomy, and collaborating across teams to improve platform scalability, reliability, and resilience.

Responsibilities

Enhance and scale the data onboarding platform to handle increasing real-time data volumes.
Own and evolve infrastructure across multiple cloud providers, including AWS, with planned expansion to GCP and Azure.
Improve deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational processes.
Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions affecting platform scalability and resilience.
Participate in on-call rotations, ensure system reliability, and respond to production incidents.
Continuously improve systems using operational metrics, customer feedback, and evolving business requirements.

Requirements

5+ years of industry experience building backend systems.
Expertise in Golang, Kubernetes, Terraform or a comparable infrastructure-as-code tool.
Experience with cloud-native architecture and solid knowledge of at least one major cloud service provider.
Deep commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs, using customer feedback to inform product development.
Excellent communication skills and a track record of effective cross-team collaboration.
Exceptional production debugging skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues in fast-paced environments.
Ability to thrive in a high-velocity setting with significant ownership and autonomy.
