SpaceXAI is seeking a hands-on technical team member to join the Grok Main Product team, responsible for the user-facing chat portal at grok.com and related experiences. The team builds highly scalable frontends, APIs, and features handling tens of thousands of queries per second, with a focus on creating a seamless, intuitive, and useful chat interface.

The role involves building an easy-to-use experience that enables users to ask questions, create slide decks, solve puzzles, and tackle work across areas such as engineering, law, and medicine. You will own end-to-end features, collaborate closely with model and research teams, and help ship product improvements at pace. Prior AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver polished, scalable user-facing features and APIs for Grok's chat experience.
Innovate on frameworks for rapid experimentation and fast iteration.
Architect high-performance systems for personalized and reliable interactions at global scale.
Build and optimize data pipelines using real-time user signals to continuously improve the product.
Own projects from ideation through deployment and monitoring, gathering feedback to refine the portal experience.

Requirements
