  • Establish measures for partner participation, delivery quality, customer outcomes, adoption, consumption, and expansion, using those measures to guide investment and improvement.
  • Represent field needs in partner tooling, support processes, and product feedback.
  • Apply AI to improve services operations, partner capability, delivery quality, or measurement while maintaining human review and quality controls.

Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling a professional services, consulting, delivery, or partner-led services practice in an enterprise SaaS, technology, or consulting environment.
  • Experience managing services operations such as delivery quality, capacity, utilization, profitability, governance, or escalations.
  • Experience creating lightweight, repeatable processes and operating mechanisms in an early-stage, fast-growing, or ambiguous environment.
  • Experience developing partner or delivery-team capability through customer work, coaching, enablement, or structured readiness programs.
  • Strong technical credibility across enterprise applications, integrations, cloud platforms, APIs, or AI solutions, with the ability to evaluate approaches, identify risk, and guide escalations.
  • Ability to influence Sales, Delivery, Product, Engineering, Support, and executive stakeholders without formal authority.
  • A data-informed approach to improving services motions and connecting operating measures and field feedback to decisions and customer outcomes.
  • Comfort working as a hands-on individual contributor and working leader before a larger team or resource model is in place.
  • Practical AI fluency, including experience using AI to improve delivery, operations, partner capability, or productivity, with the judgment to validate outputs and manage customer risk.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • The role requires travel of up to 25% and flexibility to work with global partners.
