Glean is the Work AI platform that helps organizations work smarter with AI. Its platform includes enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, more than 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, and enterprise and personal knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with sales to design, demo, and prove the value of Glean's Work AI platform for customers. You will lead technical discovery, architect integrations and data connections, navigate security discussions, and help enterprises adopt AI solutions.

  • Partner with Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving C-level executives.
  • Create and demonstrate custom environments based on customer industry and line of business.
  • Run and manage technical proof-of-concept cycles.
  • Conduct customer-facing technical discovery calls and other technical activities.
  • Lead security discussions to address customer concerns about Glean's security posture.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to deliver customer requests and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Develop ROI and business justification reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Account Executives to run technical deal cycles with enterprise customers.
  • Consultative approach to solving customer business challenges, with a record of overcoming technical and security objections.
  • Familiarity with a cloud environment such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java.
  • Ability to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations.

Location

This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in the Mountain View office.

Compensation And Benefits

The standard OTE range is $160,000–$235,000 annually. Compensation is determined by factors including location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
