Details

As a pentesting coordinator, you manage and facilitate penetration testing activities. The role ensures that penetration tests are executed effectively and efficiently, in alignment with security policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate penetration testing activities, including scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Monitor timelines and follow up to help ensure tests are completed on time.
  • Support communication with external penetration testing vendors.
  • Track vendor deliverables and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain planning and ensure smooth throughput.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to simplify and improve the penetration testing process.
  • Work across the Security Assurance team and with different departments of the bank in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT and/or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with IT at a technological level, including basic knowledge of operating systems, databases, middleware, and networking.
  • Familiarity with automation; experience using AI is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to build positive business relationships with stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and ownership of individual and team delivery.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

You will join the internal Security Assurance team within the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) of ABN AMRO in Amstelveen.
