Details

Glean is building a Work AI platform that combines enterprise search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. The platform includes over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, and Enterprise and Personal Knowledge Graphs.

As Product Manager for Agent Security and Governance, you will develop technologies and product features related to explainable and transparent AI systems, prevention of AI risks, and observability, security, and privacy for AI agents and their underlying data.

Responsibilities

  • Spend significant time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
  • Develop key parts of the product roadmap by aligning customer needs with the product vision.
  • Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
  • Drive customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Build scalable processes to support rapid team and company growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises.
  • Experience spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Experience with UX- and API-driven products, integration paths, and third-party product partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, take initiative, and deliver results.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Learning and growth mindset.
  • Mission-first approach, with success measured by the success of the product and team.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid role requiring four days per week in the San Francisco office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Standard base salary range of $160,000–$280,000 annually.
