Tavily, part of Nebius, provides a web access layer for AI agents used by more than two million developers and Fortune 500 companies.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role owning Tavily's enterprise product roadmap and the control plane required for large customers to adopt, trust, and expand their use of the platform. - Own platform capabilities such as organizations and identity, keys and quotas, spend controls, usage observability and audit, policy enforcement, and data residency.
- Make product decisions about the enterprise API surface so developers can build on the platform without friction.
- Work with customer success, sales, and forward-deployed engineering to understand enterprise customer needs and spend time in customer accounts.
- Distinguish individual account requests from broader patterns worth building into the product.
- Hand off requests belonging to other product areas with actionable supporting evidence.
- Provide sales and marketing with the positioning, materials, and product understanding needed to sell a technical product.
- Represent enterprise customers in roadmap decisions using evidence rather than anecdote.
- In the first year, own a clear enterprise roadmap, ship controls that currently block deals, and become the go-to product contact when deals become blocked.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience with enterprise products in B2B, developer platform, or API businesses.
- Experience building developer-facing or API products and understanding what makes an API effective to build against.
- Experience building enterprise platform capabilities such as identity, permissions, quotas, usage controls, audit, or compliance.
- Track record of working with large enterprise accounts and turning customer insights into shipped products.
- Credibility with technical buyers, including platform teams, architects, security teams, and procurement.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and the role of search and retrieval in agentic workflows.
- Ability to turn numerous customer conversations into a clear, prioritized product argument.
- Ability to drive alignment without formal authority, including with product owners who do not report to you.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or solutions architect before moving into product.
- Experience in search, information retrieval, or NLP.
- Experience in API-first businesses with both self-serve and enterprise motions.
