This role focuses on defining a foundational product area at Stripe by turning changing user and product needs into durable platform primitives that work across products, industries, and geographies. The role combines product strategy with hands-on execution and involves making complex financial infrastructure easy to use for platforms and their users.

Responsibilities

Develop and advance a compelling product vision for Connect.
Devise strategies for high-impact initiatives serving modern marketplaces and software platforms.
Translate product strategy and customer needs into clear product requirements.
Oversee execution across the teams involved in delivering initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
Meet with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Present product plans to Stripe's leadership team and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

More than three years of product management experience.
A computer science background or equivalent experience.
Strong product judgment.
Ability to lead products requiring coordination across multiple teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Persistence and resourcefulness in driving successful outcomes for products and teams.
