Details
Asset owners, asset managers, wealth managers, banks, distributors, and other market participants increasingly need trusted, connected, and discoverable fund data to support fund selection, due diligence, portfolio construction, benchmarking, risk analysis, distribution, and total portfolio analysis.
Bloomberg’s funds strategy is focused on building a foundational data layer that can power these workflows across the Terminal, Enterprise products, and portfolio and risk solutions. This includes strengthening coverage of mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, closed-end funds, and other publicly offered investment vehicles; expanding transparency into holdings and exposures; improving fund data taxonomy and classification; and connecting funds, share classes, managers, securities, benchmarks, flows, fees, risk, and performance information.
