Saily is building a mobile connectivity product that provides secure mobile data in more than 200 destinations without roaming fees or physical SIM cards. The company promotes an AI-native Product Engineering culture focused on customer outcomes, autonomy, and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Manage the product backlog.
Drive team priorities and connect them to broader organizational goals.
Own business-related decisions and set feature direction.
Monitor product performance and customer behavior to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
Take full ownership of one product line.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Product Owner in a technology company.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Ability to independently navigate ambiguous environments.
Proactive approach to raising challenges and identifying solutions.
Regular use of AI tools, including building agents or agentic workflows.
Experience with subscription-based B2C products is a plus.
Digital marketing knowledge and experience is a plus.
