Regional Data Center Manager

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Data Center Manager to lead data center operations supporting large-scale distributed environments. NVIDIA’s data centers and thousands of servers provide the foundation for its products and services and support hundreds of internal engineers working in visual computing, high-performance computing, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class Data Center Operations team with diverse talents and skill sets.
• Oversee hardware operations support, network operations support, and supporting infrastructure at scale.
• Establish NVIDIA’s strategic approach to global data center growth and operations.
• Anticipate growth and scaling issues and implement solutions to address them.
• Work with cross-organizational business partners to establish a Data Center Lab support model.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure organizational performance and drive continuous optimization.
• Establish strong business relationships with internal and external partners and foster a transparent, collaborative business unit.
• Facilitate meetings and communication activities to align executive and senior leadership on data center status, growth roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify, track, and prioritize key risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish processes and workflows that transition operations from reactive responses to proactive, planned services.

Requirements

• Positive, high-energy attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience across data center operations, infrastructure, hardware, and networking, including people management.
• At least 4 years of experience leading distributed and diverse teams.
• Tolerance for ambiguity, flexibility, and willingness to implement ideas from others.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs through shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate concise conclusions and provide supporting analysis as needed.
• Passion for solving problems in a creative, technology-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering results in a fast-paced technology environment, with strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of data center power, cooling, network, and cabling infrastructure.
• Experience with NetBox, CMMS, SNOW, and inventory management tools.
• Growth mindset, commitment to continuous learning, and a focus on team improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from senior vice presidents to field engineers and customers.
• Strategic outlook and strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
