Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading sophisticated programs? Do you excel at operations, communication, and ensuring efficient professional services infrastructure and reporting tools? The NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team (NVIS) is seeking a Professional Services Program Manager to lead the NVIS Strategy definition and implementation.

In this role, you will be responsible for program management, ensuring that the Professional Services infrastructure enables smooth execution from planning through delivery. Dedicated technology experts will handle the technical aspects, while you will align collaborators, build a unified infrastructure, and help guarantee program success.

Responsibilities

Lead specific aspects of the NVIS AI Factory deployment strategy.
Coordinate between internal field and Headquarters teams to drive program efficiency and alignment.
Lead timelines, deliverables, collaterals, and resources for strategy programs, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to define and supervise program objectives, risks, and key performance indicators.
Use NVIDIA's operational systems to maintain accurate records, provide updates, and support reporting needs.
Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

12+ years of program management experience in technical operations or professional services environments.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience managing sophisticated platforms involving multiple collaborators.
Proficiency in implementing and optimizing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfort working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce.com, project management tools, and operational information systems.
Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Factory deployments and associated operational and commercial workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 200,000–322,000, determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The role also includes eligibility for equity and benefits.
