Details

At Nord Security, you will support internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments and help maintain customized applications, data quality, automations, and reporting. The role involves working with business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team to analyse requirements and provide daily administration and development support.

Responsibilities

Provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, including customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and flows.
Analyse business requirements and work with the Salesforce development team on a daily basis.
Create, maintain, and support data loading and bulk updates using standard and custom tools.
Create, configure, and manage standard and customized environments.
Perform development support and maintenance support in Salesforce.
Support and enforce data quality maintenance within the system.
Create and support Salesforce dashboards and reports.
Build automations using flows.
Manage user onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
Good communication skills and fluent English.
Ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organization.
Business analysis skills.
Willingness to learn from others.
