NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer to help understand evolving agentic AI workloads and engineer agentic AI systems. The role focuses on coding and research agents, reasoning models, parallel subagents, long-horizon tool use, and inference workload analysis.

Responsibilities

Build agentic systems for coding and research domains internally.
Architect systems that analyze inference workload dynamics of leading agentic harnesses under realistic conditions.
Collaborate with teams leading software and hardware evaluation systems to improve evaluation quality.
Analyze and collect data using a rigorous analytical approach.

Requirements

Strong experience building AI agents.
Familiarity with evaluating AI agent performance.
Experience using coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code.
A master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant software development experience.
Recent experience in AI inference or agentic systems is a strong plus.
