NVIDIA's IT Supply Chain Team is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Logistics Execution, to identify process gaps and develop system solutions for the Logistics business team. The role supports integrations involving SAP TM, SAP EWM, SAP ECC, and S/4HANA and is based in Santa Clara, California.

Responsibilities

Partner with Logistics and Transportation teams to streamline business processes and lead continuous improvements for global internal customers while maintaining compliance.
Define, prioritize, plan, architect, and complete sophisticated projects integrating with SAP and external systems.
Interface with analysts, business leaders, external partners, development teams, integration experts, and reporting teams to support business operations.
Plan and conduct internal and external testing and training, and coordinate changes across system landscapes.
Work with onsite and offshore resources across different time zones to prioritize, coordinate, and implement small- to medium-sized projects.
Mentor implementation teams on industry best practices, solutions, and methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
At least 8 years of professional experience focused on Logistics solutions, including exposure to integrations involving SAP TM and SAP EWM.
Deep understanding of SAP Logistics Execution in S/4HANA, with experience in at least two implementations.
Strong business knowledge and a record of implementing solutions for Logistics Transportation processes.
Hands-on experience with standard SAP LE module features and configuration coordinated with TM, EWM, MM, FI, SD, and BW systems.
Experience building reporting solutions and integrating with third-party systems.
Creative problem-solving skills in complex business environments.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including the ability to mediate disagreements, identify options, and propose and implement solutions.
Ability to navigate technology environments and work effectively with multiple groups.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP TMS, strategic freight management, carrier integrations, transportation planning and execution, freight costing and settlement, Logistics Control Tower, or dangerous goods management.
Project management experience and skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.

Benefits

Base salary range of $144,000–$230,000 for Level 4 or $168,000–$270,250 for Level 5, depending on location, experience, and pay for similar positions.
