Details

ING Hubs Poland is hiring for a Senior Data Analyst to join the squad under the Integrated Risk Team, part of the ING Belgium Local Unit. The team modifies existing processes to improve their effectiveness and efficiency, implements changes related to currently used technologies, and prepares risk reports in a prudent way.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Data Scientist III".

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis activities, including report preparation, source investigation, and automation.
Analyze data quality and meaning.
Analyze internal and external regulations.
Communicate with stakeholders and gather and analyze requirements.
Analyze processes and propose improvements.
Prepare functional documentation.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience.
Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL.
Experience working in a bank or financial institution.
Experience cooperating with stakeholders and gathering and analyzing requirements.
Knowledge of business analysis techniques.
English proficiency at C1 level.

Additional advantages:

Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML), including screening processes, in a bank.
Experience working with Agile or Scrum.
Hands-on experience with a visualization tool such as Power BI.

Salary

The expected salary for this position is PLN 9,600–18,000 per month. The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.
