Responsibilities

Architect the Platform

  • Define the target-state architecture for treasury technology, including the data foundation, applications, and integrations.
  • Design the treasury data foundation, including models, tables, pipelines, and governance, as the single source of truth for banking, cash, payments, and investment data.
  • Lead the treasury management system build-versus-buy evaluation, including vendor selection and implementation or internal development.
  • Sequence the multi-year roadmap to establish foundational capabilities before dependent functionality.

Automate Treasury Processes

  • Own the product roadmap for daily cash positioning, cash and liquidity forecasting, cash flash and leadership reporting, bank account management, treasury intake, and payment workflows.
  • Design and ship Claude-powered agents and dashboards that automate manual treasury processes.
  • Partner with Treasury operators to define product specifications, success criteria, and delivery plans, and drive initiatives through production.
  • Ensure systems are auditable, controlled, and recoverable in accordance with SOX compliance requirements.

Define the Ecosystem

  • Align treasury data models and governance with the broader Finance data lake strategy.
  • Own integrations across banks, bank connectivity providers, treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and internal finance systems.
  • Drive the technology agenda with banking partners, TMS vendors, and connectivity providers.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance, and Data Engineering.
  • Set direction for and unblock one to two finance systems engineers and review technical designs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or systems leadership in finance, treasury, or fintech.
  • Deep treasury domain knowledge, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity, cash pooling structures, or payment workflows.
  • Experience owning architecture and platform decisions for internal finance or data platforms across multiple systems and vendors.
  • Track record of shipping internal platforms or finance systems with an engineering team.
  • Experience leading complex system design and infrastructure programs.
  • Experience leading a TMS, ERP module, or similar system implementation, or a material internal build from design through go-live.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Treasury, Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance, and external vendors.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run steering meetings and communicate with executives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with treasury management systems such as Kyriba, Quantum, Trovata, or similar.
  • Experience integrating banking APIs, payment rails, or bank connectivity providers.
  • Experience with cash pooling structures, intercompany funding, or multi-entity treasury operations.
  • Experience designing or overseeing finance data infrastructure, including GCP, BigQuery, comparable data warehouses, pipelines, or reporting platforms.
  • Experience at a high-growth technology company undergoing rapid revenue expansion or system consolidation.
  • Experience building or product-managing AI/LLM-assisted workflows, agents, or Claude-powered financial operations automation.
  • CTP, CFA, or comparable treasury or finance credential.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Optional equity donation matching.
  • Generous vacation and parental leave.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Office collaboration space.
