Details

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior NPN Program Operations Analyst to join the NVIDIA Partner Network organization in Santa Clara, California. The role focuses on the business-side implementation, management, and scaling of global rebate management systems and related tools, as well as the operational execution and validation of rebate incentive programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own rebate and pricing platforms end-to-end by defining the business vision, identifying workflow gaps, and driving global adoption across the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead the manual execution of key rebate programs, including creating, managing, and distributing accurate partner statements in alignment with program guidelines.
  • Oversee first-level claim approvals by establishing standard operating procedures, resolving escalations, and ensuring claims are processed accurately within service-level agreements.
  • Drive complex system implementations from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing and global deployment, coordinating across IT, Salesforce, finance, and pricing teams.
  • Translate new partner incentive models into scalable, automated processes for internal teams and external partners.
  • Use program data and incentive metrics to diagnose issues, validate rebate accuracy, and develop cases for platform improvements.
  • Apply AI and automation to eliminate manual steps in rebate validation, claim approvals, and pricing workflows.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of experience in channel partner programs, business operations, or a similar role at a global technology company, with deep knowledge of multi-tier channel structures.
  • Hands-on experience delivering channel rebate programs, including working with complex datasets to generate and distribute partner statements.
  • Experience managing or mentoring data processors, support analysts, or claim approval teams.
  • Track record of deploying and optimizing enterprise rebate or incentive platforms, such as Salesforce, Vistex, Databricks, and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage large system rollouts end-to-end, including setting timelines, managing dependencies, and holding cross-functional teams accountable.
  • Strong documentation skills, including translating ambiguous business needs into business requirements documents, Jira stories, and user acceptance testing plans.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools applied to high-volume channel operations, statement generation, or claim validation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, management information systems, or a related field.

Preferred Attributes

  • Systems-thinking ability, including understanding how changes to pricing logic or claim workflows affect compliance, partner portal visibility, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to quickly gather information, challenge assumptions, and drive teams toward decisions.
  • Ability to document business logic, improve training materials, and raise operational standards.
  • A practical perspective on applying AI agents to incentive verification, statement generation, and pricing agility.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 176,000–276,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
