  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot distributed cloud infrastructure systematically, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to learn and apply evolving cloud platform, container orchestration, GitOps, infrastructure as code, and automation technologies.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical details, designs, and trade-offs to technical peers and stakeholders in a distributed team.
  • Efficiency-focused mindset with an interest in automating manual processes and improving system reliability.
  • Ability to independently manage and complete assigned work according to defined requirements and acceptance criteria.

Measures of Success

  • Within the first month, gain exposure to the technical environment and establish relationships with partner teams.
  • Within the third month, independently execute assigned tasks and demonstrate understanding of core platform technologies, including cloud, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and GitOps.
  • Within the sixth month, participate in key automation initiatives and deliver reliable, moderately complex infrastructure improvements while reducing complexity through automation refactoring.
